The Sales Producer is responsible for generating new business, growing the agency's book of business, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. While the primary responsibility of this position is sales production, every team member is expected to contribute to the overall success of the agency by providing outstanding service to our clients and supporting daily office operations. Success in this role requires professionalism, accountability, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to assist wherever needed to ensure clients receive prompt and exceptional service.

Mon-Fri Schedule

Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, marketing

initiatives, and lead follow-up.

Meet or exceed established sales goals and production expectations.

Conduct insurance reviews and identify opportunities to provide additional

coverage.

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.

Accurately quote, present, and bind insurance policies.

Maintain thorough documentation of all customer interactions.

Average $30,000-$50,000 in new business monthly premium

Submit 1-2 life insurance policies monthly

Give phenomenal customer service generating at least 5, 5-star google reviews

monthly

• Current General Lines Property and Casualty license for Texas.
• Current General Lines Life and Health license for Texas
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Prior Sales Experience.
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
