About the Role

As an ABA Therapist / Behavior Therapist, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals achieve stability, independence, and long-term progress. You’ll work directly with clients to implement evidence-based behavior support strategies, fostering growth and positive change. Key Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to support clients in achieving their goals.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other team members to develop and execute individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress, document sessions, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure success.
• Provide compassionate, one-on-one support to clients, fostering a safe and encouraging environment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and contribute to team discussions to enhance client outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in ABA therapy or a related field.
• Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients and their families.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping others.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
