What You’ll Do Build lasting relationships with customers by delivering an exceptional service experience from vehicle check-in through delivery. Listen to customers' concerns, accurately identify their service needs, and recommend appropriate maintenance and repair solutions. Clearly explain recommended services, timelines, pricing, and repair processes to help customers make informed decisions. Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the service visit, providing timely updates and proactive communication. Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. Schedule service appointments and effectively manage repair orders to maximize shop productivity and customer satisfaction. Follow up with customers after service to ensure complete satisfaction and encourage future business. Maintain accurate customer records and repair order documentation within dealership management systems. Meet or exceed departmental goals related to customer satisfaction, sales, repair order growth, and retention. Stay current on Hyundai maintenance recommendations, warranty policies, service campaigns, and product updates. Collaborate with Service, Parts, and Sales teams to create a seamless ownership experience for every guest. What We’re Looking For A positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to explain technical information in an easy-to-understand manner. Previous automotive service advising, customer service, or sales experience preferred, but not required. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. They assist the customer with taking care of their vehicle, writing the repair order, facilitating the servicing and walking the customer's vehicle through the entire service process. Responsibilities of the Service Advisor: Enthusiastically greet the service customers upon arrival. Effectively document service concerns. Ability to initiate automotive service and repairs by ascertaining performance problems and service requests. Coordinate with Certified Technicians to address service concerns. Communicate with customers throughout the service process. Must meet and exceed service goals set by management. Exceed the customer’s expectations as to the overall experience. Qualifications of the Service Advisor: Are you energetic and outgoing? No experience needed. Must be proficient in English. Professional personal appearance. Ability to work comfortably with the public. Valid state of residence driver’s license.
