Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper  in Fort Worth, TX to support the day-to-day financial operations of the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing financial transactions, reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and assisting with various accounting functions to ensure smooth business operations. You will work closely with management to monitor financial activity, maintain organized records, and support month-end and year-end processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

 

Requirements :

• Must have 5-10 years of bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounting support, and cost allocation experience
• Must have strong understanding of invoice review and accounts payable processes 
• Must have experience allocating costs to projects, departments, equipment, or job numbers 
• Experience using Xero and Approval Max is strongly preferred
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Experience in construction industry is preferred

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
