Purchasing Agent
Major duties include:
- Purchasing and supply support;
- Coordinate Electronic Inventory Listing (EIL) activities for the service;
- Maintain records for each assigned contract under the oversight of the Contracting Officer;
- Oversees stock maintenance at or within prescribed levels to include revision to those acceptable stock levels and reorder points;
- Procurement of both routine and non-routine expendable research laboratory and animal procedure related supplies and equipment;
- Performs a full range of procurement duties utilizing manual data, and the IFCAP automated procurement system.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Telework: This position may be authorized for ad-hoc telework. Telework eligibility will be discussed during the interview process.
Virtual: This is not a virtual position.
