Position Overview As a Shift Manager, you will lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service and high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. Responsibilities Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
