Program Administrator - Glucksman Ireland House

Position Summary Arts & Science is seeking a dynamic Program Administrator to join Glucksman Ireland House. This individual will manage the day-to-day administrative operations of Glucksman Ireland House. Develop and implement office policies and procedures. Manage budgets, including grant accounts; liaise with advisory board and UDAR on fundraising initiatives; oversee undergraduate and graduate program administration; oversee administrative and financial aspects of visiting scholars and public events, including public and sponsored programs; manage physical space and coordinate repairs and work requests. Supervise staff. Qualifications Required Education: Bachelor's Degree Preferred Education: Master's Degree Required Experience: 3+ years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must include experience with staff supervision, budget management, and office operations. Preferred Experience: Experience in an academic or not-for-profit environment preferred. Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, database, and web-based applications. Additional Information In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $77,000.00 to USD $82,500.00. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
