Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Technology Business Systems Consultant 4 - Contingent to join their dynamic team. As a Technology Business Systems Consultant 4 - Contingent, you will be an integral part of the Technology Business Systems Consulting department, supporting innovative solutions for commercial banking operations. Job Title: Technology Business Systems Consultant 4 - Contingent Location: Charlotte, NC (CIC Location: 1525 W W.T. Harris BLVD) What's the Job? Leverage advanced hands‑on experience with Loan IQ Business Systems Data to support business operations, including BA, QA, production support, or operations. Analyze and support technology solutions by eliciting and documenting business and product requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria. Assist in booking and servicing commercial lending transactions, including syndicated, bilateral, or member deals. Draft and support UAT test scripts, ensuring quality and accuracy in testing phases. Collaborate effectively with business and technology teams using Agile methodologies and tools like Jira to manage requirements, defects, and backlogs. What's Needed? Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Data or Business Systems Design, demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education. Proven expertise supporting technology solutions in a business systems environment. Experience in commercial lending transactions, including syndicated, bilateral, or member deals. Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and UAT support. Working knowledge of Agile practices and proficiency with Jira or similar tools for requirements and defect management.
