In this active, guest-focused role, you will be the ultimate guardian of our public spaces—prepping our lobby, hallways, and common areas so they are polished, welcoming, and ready for arriving guests. From maintaining pristine entryways to ensuring our shared spaces look immaculate, your hard work will set the stage for an exceptional stay. If you want a hands-on role where your care and dedication directly elevate the guest experience, we want you on our team.What You'll Do:Assist with stripping guest rooms by removing used linens, towels, and amenities in preparation for cleaning.Stock housekeeping carts with clean linens, towels, toiletries, and cleaning supplies to ensure housekeeping staff are well-equipped.Deliver clean linens and supplies to housekeeping closets and storage areas as needed.Assist with cleaning tasks in guest rooms and public areas as directed by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Executive Housekeeper.Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, clean stairways, and dust furniture and fixtures in public areas to maintain cleanliness.Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in a sanitary manner.Replenish supplies in public areas, such as towels and toiletries, as needed.Assist with special cleaning projects and maintenance-related tasks as assigned.Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean, hazard-free environment.Report any maintenance issues or damage to hotel property through the hotel operations software.What You'll Need:A high school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not required.Strong attention to detail and a strong work ethic.Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Good communication skills and the ability to interact with guests and colleagues.Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.Why You'll Love Working Here:Immediate medical and dental benefits starting on your very first day for full-time team members.Paid time off (PTO) for all team members, because we value your well-being.Earn an extra $50–$150+ per month through performance incentives, plus cash awards for quarterly and/or annual performance ($250-$500).Explore the globe with heavily discounted room rates at brand hotels worldwide for you and your family.Opportunities for personal and professional growth within Parks Hospitality Group, a company recognized as a Best Place to Work.About Us:At Parks Hospitality Group, we strive for excellence in everything we do.
