Mancan is working with a company in Holmesville looking for a general laborer/floater. This is a temp to hire opportunity. Hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm with occasional overtime on Saturdays from 8am-noon as needed. Pay is based on experience $18-$20/hour.

Key Responsibilities:
- Bag feed and other agricultural products.
- Load customer vehicles with feed, grain, and other products in a safe and efficient manner.
- Operate forklifts to move, stack, load, and unload inventory in the warehouse and yard.
- Perform local deliveries using a company box truck or flatbed truck.
- Provide courteous, professional customer service when assisting customers in person and during deliveries.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Prior forklift experience or certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
- Experience driving a box truck or flatbed truck is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Basic communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift 50-100 pounds and work indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions.
