As an Executive Director, Sales – HBV and HDV will report to the VP of Liver and Established Products Business Unit and will lead the National Sales team in support of Gilead’s Hepatitis B (HBV) business and Hepatitis D (HDV). The successful candidate will be a dynamic, experienced individual with a strong track record of commercial success in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry. They will provide strong leadership, strategic and operational skills to deliver strong sales results and team performance within a fast-moving, challenging, and dynamic commercial environment, including new product launch in rare disease and developing a new market. National Sales lead will manage 6 Regional Directors and ensure team effectively trained on competitive selling skills, product knowledge and corporate policies and procedures. Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package.
