As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing personalized in-home care to individuals who are homebound and require personal attention. **Responsibilities:**

* Provide personal care and daily living assistance to clients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and using the bathroom
* Assist with medication management and administration as needed
* Help clients with meal preparation, laundry, and household chores
* Encourage and facilitate socialization and recreational activities to promote client engagement and well-being
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Monitor and report client status and concerns to management and healthcare professionals
* Maintain a safe and clean home environment for clients
* Work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, to ensure 24/7 coverage

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Experience working with vulnerable populations, such as seniors or individuals with disabilities, preferred
* Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
