Inventory and Shipping Logistics SpecialistMake an impact at our Carlsbad, CA facility

Help keep product moving, orders accurate, and the warehouse running at its best. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy hands-on work, you’ll fit right in.

Core responsibilities

Intake & Quality: Receive deliveries, inspect for accuracy and condition, and organize stock.
Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage shipments with exacting attention to detail.
Workplace Standards: Maintain a clean, well-organized, and safe warehouse.
Equipment Operations: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials.
Inventory Support: Assist with counts, data entry, and restocking activities.
Team Outcomes: Collaborate with peers to achieve daily throughput goals.
Safety First: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.

Your toolkit

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior warehouse experience is a plus—not a must.
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended timeframes.
Reliable attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Basic computer proficiency for inventory and shipping systems.
Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
Schedule flexibility, including overtime when needed.
