Specializing in Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), utility locating, and concrete scanning, Terraprobe delivers precise, high-resolution subsurface imaging for engineering, construction, and environmental projects. Based in Metro Vancouver (Coquitlam, BC), our team is dedicated to safety, technical accuracy, and outstanding client communication. Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Customer Support Representative to join our client services team. In this role, you will serve as a primary contact for engineering clients, general contractors, site managers, and field technicians. You will manage inbound inquiries, process service intake requests, coordinate schedule updates for field teams, and ensure an efficient administrative flow from project initiation to final report delivery. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound client communications via email, phone, and online request portals with speed and professionalism. Assist clients with booking GPR scanning, utility locating, and site investigation services across our coverage areas. Log client project scope, site accessibility details, and contact information into internal scheduling systems. Coordinate communication between project managers, field operations, and clients regarding scheduling adjustments or weather updates. Prepare, process, and send initial project documentation, quotes, and preliminary service details. Qualifications 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, dispatch, or client operations (experience in technical, construction, or engineering services is a plus). Clear, professional English communication skills (written and spoken). Tech-savvy with strong organization skills and experience using ticketing tools, CRMs, or scheduling software. Reliable self-management capability in a 100% remote setting, supported by a dedicated home workspace and high-speed internet. Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour CAD. 100% Remote flexibility operating on Pacific/Mountain time zones.
