• Establish and maintain a trusting rapport with clients to facilitate effective therapy sessions.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately diagnose mental health disorders and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' specific circumstances.
• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions for individuals and groups, utilizing evidence-based approaches to encourage emotional growth and resilience.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress by conducting ongoing assessments and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to provide holistic care, which may include referrals to specialists as needed.
• Document all sessions and client interactions in a secure electronic health record system, ensuring adherence to HIPAA and organizational policies.

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relational conflicts, and trauma. • Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) in California is required.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is essential.

• Effective communication and consultation skills that foster collaborative relationships with clients.

• Prior experience providing both individual and group therapy is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth best practices or previous experience in a remote clinical setting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage administrative responsibilities effectively alongside clinical duties.
