Responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers with their inquiries
• Taking and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Preparing food items, including making pizzas, as per company standards
• Handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records
• Providing outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Assisting with various tasks as needed, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
