Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support across various business functions. Respond to customer, client, and vendor inquiries through email, phone, and online communication platforms. Coordinate schedules, meetings, appointments, and calendar management. Maintain accurate business records, databases, and documentation. Perform data entry and verify information for accuracy and completeness. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and business correspondence as required. Assist with order processing, service requests, and workflow coordination. Support onboarding and administrative processes for new team members. Monitor and organize incoming communications and direct them appropriately. Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive company information. Collaborate with management and team members on special projects and operational initiatives. Perform additional administrative and business support duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
