Business Systems Analyst

- Use Cases and Functional Requirements Writing/Gathering
- SaaS experience
- SQL scripting
- Duties include understanding, documenting and communicating business/technical requirements;
- Interact with architects and designers to understand software limitations, and participate in software design review.
- Understand integration points to the many different systems.
- Create use cases and process flows
- Contribute to documentation of software design documents and user manuals.
- Provide deployment and post go-live application support of the RITE applications to ETC customers.
- Support activities would include –assisting customer with validation, defining and resolving post implementation application issues, and developing / maintaining a positive relationship with the customer.
- Rely on extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.
- strong track record of customer service experience;
- excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- proven problem solving skills;
- hands-on experience in full development life cycle of enterprise scaled software applications including analysis of business requirements, documentation of use cases and process flow diagrams.
- must be able to demonstrate regular and predictable attendance during core business hours
- A positive attitude is a must.
- Transaction processing & reconciliation and Financial/accounting reconciliation experience is a plus.
