This full-time, on-site position is an incredible opportunity for culinary leaders who are passionate about crafting exceptional dining experiences. As the Executive Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring that our restaurants maintain the highest standards of food quality, safety, and consistency. You will lead a talented team, innovate our menu offerings, and contribute to the overall success and growth of our restaurant group. We are offering a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually, reflecting the importance of this role in our ongoing success. Responsibilities Manage all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation Develop and implement innovative menu offerings that resonate with our guests Supervise and mentor kitchen staff to enhance their culinary skills and performance Establish and maintain food safety and sanitation standards Collaborate with management to create cost-effective purchasing strategies Monitor inventory and manage food costs efficiently Foster a positive and productive kitchen environment Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant practices in our kitchens Requirements Proven experience as an Executive Chef or comparable role in a restaurant setting Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and sanitation regulations Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the team Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively Strong creative flair with a passion for food and service Degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred Experience in menu development and food presentation #J-18808-Ljbffr
