Clinical Nurse - General Medicine

Role Overview: Provides direct pediatric patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates families on managing illnesses, and participates in ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, patients, and families. Assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors. Ensures effective communication across care teams and promotes a healing environment. Participates in professional development activities and adheres to safety guidelines, maintaining alertness in a safety-sensitive role. Qualifications & Skills Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license required. Experience: No experience required; less than 2 years preferred. Prior pediatric nursing experience is a plus.
