What You'll Do
Generate new business through referrals, networking, prospecting, and community involvement.
Build trusted relationships and recommend tailored insurance solutions for customers.
Conduct sales appointments and insurance reviews.
Cross-sell products to provide comprehensive protection.
Represent the agency at community and networking events.
Deliver exceptional customer service and support agency growth.
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, positive, and goal-oriented mindset.
Sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desire to learn, grow, and make a difference.
Licensing
A Property & Casualty license is preferred but not required. We'll support qualified candidates in obtaining the necessary licensing.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $35,000-$60,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
Commission and bonus opportunities that can push the salary past $100,000
Health, dental, and vision insurance available
3% retirement plan match
No nights or weekends, office closes at 1pm on Fridays
