Debt Collection Specialist

Collecting payments on assigned delinquent checking accounts, the full-time DDA Collector will review documentation, contact customers by telephone, and arrange repayment schedules while working remotely from designated locations. Key responsibilities Review documentation and contact customers to collect payments on delinquent accounts Create written correspondence as requested by customers regarding their accounts Arrange repayment schedules to minimize financial loss to the organization Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Two to three years of experience in a collections call center Good knowledge of loan collection policies and fair debt collection practices Strong customer service and relations skills Ability to organize and interpret information effectively
