We invest in our new associates with: Salary plus commission draw during the broker development period 90-day structured sales training program focused on prospecting, cold calling, accountability, and pipeline development Ongoing mentorship from experienced commercial real estate brokers Regular performance reviews and coaching A defined Central Florida market and product specialty Company laptop, CRM, phone system, CoStar, LoopNet, and other industry tools In-house marketing, accounting, and administrative support The resources and relationships of the NAI Global network Our goal is to provide the financial runway, training, tools, and support needed to help an experienced salesperson successfully transition into commercial real estate. What You’ll Do Commercial real estate brokerage is a prospecting-driven business. You will: Prospect daily for new business through phone calls, email, networking, and direct outreach Build relationships with business owners, property owners, tenants, investors, and other decision-makers Develop and maintain a targeted prospect database Research properties, companies, ownership, and market opportunities Attend client meetings, property tours, presentations, and negotiations Learn how to prepare and negotiate LOIs, leases, and purchase agreements Develop expertise in a specific Central Florida market Build your own book of business and client relationships During your first 30–60 days, you will work with an experienced broker to establish a specific area of focus in Office, Industrial, Retail, or Land, working primarily in Owner Representation or Tenant Representation. Who We’re Looking For The right person has already proven they can sell. Ideally, you have: 2–3+ years of successful sales experience Experience in a role requiring regular prospecting and cold calling A track record of achieving measurable sales goals Strong communication and relationship-building skills The discipline to work independently The ability to accept coaching and accountability Strong ties to Central Florida and a desire to build your career here long term A Florida real estate license, or the ability and willingness to obtain one before beginning employment B2B sales experience is especially valuable. We care less about whether you already understand commercial real estate and more about whether you have demonstrated that you can prospect, develop relationships, compete, and close business.
