PATIENT POPULATION & SCOPE • Patient Demographics: Adult and Geriatric Population • Average Daily Volume / Census: Balanced Inpatient and Outpatient Volumes (Details Provided During Interview) • Admissions & Rounding: Included • Consults & Follow-Ups: Yes • Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: General Cardiovascular Disease with Opportunity to Develop Subspecialty Interests

FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS • Beds in Department/Unit: Multi-Hospital System with Comprehensive Cardiac Services • EMR System: EPIC – Fully Integrated HIMSS Stage VII • Specialty Backup: Comprehensive Multidisciplinary and Subspecialty Support Across a 4-Hospital System • Support Staff: Nurse Practitioner Support in Both Inpatient and Outpatient Settings • Leadership & Reporting Structure: Employed Position within Established Cardiovascular Group; Reports to Medical Leadership • Reason for Opening: Growth and Expansion of Cardiovascular Service Line

CREDENTIALS & COMPLIANCE • Board Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease • DEA & Certifications: Active DEA and State Licensure Required • Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 90–120 Days
