Human Resources Generalist

Supporting the full employee lifecycle, the full-time Human Resources Generalist will manage payroll, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance while working remotely within a collaborative HR team. Key responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters, including policies and performance management Administer accurate and timely payroll and support the administration of employee benefits programs Conduct employee relations inquiries and workplace investigations, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of five years of progressive HR experience in payroll, employee relations, and benefits administration Strong knowledge of HR best practices and federal and state employment laws Demonstrated experience processing and auditing payroll through an HRIS or payroll platform Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with sound judgment and discretion
