Replenishment Buyer
We are seeking a highly motivated Replenishment Buyer to join our team at AMCON Distributing Company. As a Replenishment Buyer, you will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring our inventory supply and demand levels to support ongoing sales. The Replenishment Buyer is responsible for purchasing and inventory functions, which include the creation of purchase orders with accurate lead times, intercompany purchases, and maintaining warehouse inventory levels on a daily basis. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Analyze replenishment reports to create vendor purchase orders
- Instrumental in processing sales promotions, trade shows and special-order items in alignment with the required shipping dates
- Maintain daily perpetual inventory by using daily scratch reports
- Monitor slow moving items, and suggesting changes as needed
- Assist all departments with inventory related issues
- Work efficiently as a team player and comply with company policies
- Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with sales, customer service, operations
- Adhere to customer needs
- Minimum of 1 year in Replenishment Buyer role
