Director of Finance

Seeking a Director of Finance for a well-established company!Job duties include:Responsible for maximizing the return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls and reporting systemsWill have oversight of all aspects of the accounting and finance functions and will be responsible for driving financial strategy and planning for assigned propertiesWill monitor and analyze capital and operating budgets, including monthly financial analyses, monthly forecasting, annual planning, cash forecasting, and ad hoc business analysesRequirements:BA/BS in accounting, finance or related fieldMinimum 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the hospitality finance industryExtensive knowledge of accounting software, implementing procedures/financial systems and controls, as well as MS Excel, Word, and PowerPointExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essentialMust by highly analytical, can think creatively, and understand complex business dynamicsMust have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environmentAbility to work under pressure, irregular hours, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlinesKnowledge of point-of-sale systems is a plusMust be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements and events including nights, weekends, and holidaysAccrual and cost accounting experience is preferredThis company offers competitive salary, end of year bonus, and full benefits package!
