Afterschool Program Facilitator

Raise A Child Carolinas (RACC) is seeking a dedicated Afterschool Program Facilitator to join our team. The salary range for this role is $15 to $17 per hour. This is a temporary 2-4 week position with the opportunity for future employment. As an Afterschool Program Facilitator, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of elementary school students by providing engaging and enriching educational activities in a safe and supportive environment. Responsibilities Lead planning and implementing age-appropriate activities for elementary school students in the afterschool program Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students Provide academic and activity support as needed Communicate effectively with parents, school staff, and program coordinators Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a cohesive and effective program Requirements Associate's degree in Education or related field preferred Previous experience working with elementary school students Passion for working with youth and a commitment to equity in education Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team Must be able to utilize programs such as Google Mail, Drive, Calendar, Sheets, etc Must pass a background check If you are a dedicated and passionate educator looking to make a difference in the lives of children, we encourage you to apply for the position of Afterschool Program Facilitator at Raise A Child Carolinas.
