Project Manager Full Time Operations Waterford, NY, US – 30+ days ago – Requisition ID: 2275 Salary Range: $125,000.00 To $140,000.00 Annually Maximum Security Products Corp. (MSP) is a Waterford, NY-based Detention Equipment and Miscellaneous Steel contractor and manufacturer. MSP is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. The PM will be responsible for one or multiple projects and manage all interactions with internal and external stakeholders, including the client. The PM will also manage day‑to‑day execution of the project through all phases from initial startup, design and engineering, construction management, change management, closeout, commissioning, and warranty work. The PM will report to a Project Executive for the profit and loss of each individual project and/or portfolio of multiple projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as Project Manager reporting to a Project Executive. Manage the project’s profit & loss to preserve profitability throughout the project’s life cycle. Maintain a healthy client relationship while protecting company interests. Ensure on‑time project completion. Assist in preparing hardware schedules. Negotiate and execute contracts and purchase orders with subcontractors and suppliers. Chair weekly and/or monthly project meetings with all stakeholders. Communicate frequently and effectively to keep the project team well‑informed. Support safety in the office, factory, and on the job site. Ensure all contract requirements are met in a timely manner. Identify and advocate for all resources necessary for project success. Perform all other duties as assigned by the Project Executive or Division President. Position Requirements: B.S. Degree or A.S. in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management required; certified construction programs also considered. Three to five years of experience as a PM in construction. Experience with detention equipment and/or steel fabrication and installation. Experience managing large project teams of diverse professionals preferred. Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking) required. Must pass background/security check. Strong proficiency with MS Office required. Physical Demands: Use of manual dexterity, tactile, visual, and audio acuity. Repetitive motion, prolonged periods of sitting and standing, and sustained visual and mental demands. Occasional lifting (up to 40 pounds), bending, pulling, and carrying. Quantitative/mathematical ability (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, standard measurements).
