Currently we are hiring a Line Technician on 3rd Shift to join our team in St Louis . Duties and Responsibilities Performing regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing equipment and machinery. Conducting preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and prevent operational disruptions. Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and technical issues, and implementing effective solutions. Collaborating with the maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance strategies and schedules. Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, parts used, and maintenance schedules. Adhering to safety protocols and ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues. Communicating effectively with the operations team to address maintenance needs and coordinate work schedules. Authority You have authority to stop the job if you feel there is an unsafe work practice which could result in a risk of injury, have an environmental impact or risk to equipment and other personnel. Requirements Qualification or Certification in Engineering OR Electrical OR Mechanical OR Automation OR similar desirable 3 years hands‑on experience working in a production environment Experience working in a fast paced production environment Experience working in conveyors Ability to navigate around HMI and VFD programs Strong mechanical and electrical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various types of manufacturing equipment. Knowledge of maintenance best practices, including preventative maintenance and safety protocols. Familiarity with industrial machinery, tools, and equipment commonly used in manufacturing. Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. A commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
