Basic Qualifications Ability to obtain a security clearance (not required to start). Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a secret clearance. Able to lead groups in problem‑solving. Excellent communications, negotiation, presentation, and documentation skills. Job Description You will be the Subcontract Management Associate for the Precision Strike Missile (PrSM) program team. Our team is responsible for performing subcontract management duties to support the development, production, and global sustainment of complex subsystems, components, and hardware. What You Will Be Doing As the Subcontract Management Associate, you will play a critical role in negotiating prices, analyzing costs, and ensuring compliant procurement documentation, while leading multifunctional subcontract management teams to achieve program goals.
