Massachusetts Based Bookkeeper Hiring Company Senscio Systems Position Available: Part‑Time (20 hours/week) Immediate Need Salary Range: $25/hour - $27/hour Position Description: Be part of a team that is changing how healthcare is delivered. As the primary Bookkeeper, you will be a key member of the team as the company rapidly scales in size and expands nationwide. Senscio’s 24/7 home‑based virtual medical program acts as an extension of our member’s primary care team, providing their PCP and associated specialists with actionable situational awareness. Integrating physical and behavioral health needs with a broad scope of social determinants of health needs, we provide a truly holistic, patient‑centered plan of self‑management support. The AI based technology allows for easy and efficient administration and providers spend much less time documenting and more time in direct care of the patient. Senscio’s future is bright. Position Responsibilities Available a minimum of 4 days/week during normal working hours. Enter invoices, purchases, receipts, and payments into QuickBooks. Manage Accounts Payable. Manage Account Receivable. Make General Ledger entries. Monitor Cash Flow. Reconcile all accounts and resolve discrepancies. Collect time sheets and verify with supervisors. Resolve billing issues. Conduct inventory reconciliation. Minimum Qualifications Fully comfortable with QuickBooks. Strong work ethic, highly organized with great attention to detail. Self‑starter mindset and comfortable working independently within a hybrid work environment; some remote and some in an office environment. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment completing multiple tasks. Excellent critical and analytical thinking skills, time management skills w/strong verbal and communication skills.
