Position Summary Vytek is seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to oversee all day-to-day accounting functions. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing transactions, and supporting the company’s financial operations. This position requires a high level of independence, discretion, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle accounting, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable Perform bank and account reconciliations Process payroll and maintain payroll records Prepare monthly and year-end financial statements Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation Coordinate with external accountants for tax filings and audits Assist management with budgeting and financial reporting Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required) Proven experience as a full charge bookkeeper or similar role Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Experience with accounting software (Sage or equivalent) High level of accuracy, organization, and confidentiality Ability to work independently in a small team environment Professional office setting within a manufacturing company Collaboration with management and cross-functional teams Adherence to company policies and procedures Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan Paid time off (vacation, sick leave, holidays) Supportive and collaborative work environment Equal Opportunity Employer Vytek is an equal opportunity employer committed to a workplace free from discrimination and harassment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
