Complex Litigation Attorney (Contract)

Complex Litigation Attorney - Washington, DC Beacon Hill Legal seeks a Complex Litigation Attorney to provide trial support for a boutique litigation firm based in Washington, DC. This is a fully remote role. The anticipated duration is 6+ months. The position will offer the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-stakes matters. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing Demonstrated experience handling complex litigation matters Strong background in legal research, writing, and drafting of substantive legal documents Experience utilizing Relativity or comparable eDiscovery platforms Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills No plaintiff experience permitted Preferred Qualifications Prior work experience at an Am Law 200 firm preferred. Antitrust litigation experience strongly preferred. Product liability litigation experience is a plus. Experience serving as an Assistant United States Attorney (AUSA) is highly desirable. Prior federal judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
