Handle mise en place including slicing, dicing, mixing, and assembling cold items. Support other stations and assist during high-volume service or special events. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures with accuracy. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station. Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service. Contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen environment. Qualifications Experience At least 1 year of experience as a pantry or cold food prep in a high-volume restaurant setting is strongly preferred. Previous line cook experience is a PLUS. Comfortable working across different kitchen stations in a fast-paced environment. Skills and Qualities Professional behavior and strong time management. Attention to detail and consistency under pressure. Team player with strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to follow direction and maintain cleanliness and efficiency.
