Check back often for updates on our open positions. 4801 Woodridge Drive Austintown, Ohio 44515 Description: Immediate Supervisor: Director of Education Normal Working Hours: 35 hour week, flexible and variable Normally M-F, 8:30AM-3:30PM ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Conduct evaluation and treatment of students with communication disorders. Screen hearing through impedance and puretone audiometric testing. Provide evaluation and treatment for swallowing and eating difficulties. Plan and implement goals based on assessments. Provide communication and hearing information as needed for the Evaluation Team Report (ETR). Develop and implement goals based on assessments. Implement IEPs in collaboration with team members. Provide direction and training to classroom instructors, assistants, therapists and family and community members. Refer and consult with medical professionals. Develop an individualized communication system. Evaluate use and access of adaptive communication devices in collaboration with team members. Problem‑solve issues regarding communications/swallowing. Service communication devices. Maintain equipment and order/provide information on communication devices and funding. Document student progress. Evaluate students’ progress quarterly and attend parents’ conferences. Demonstrate regular and predictable attendance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
