Real Estate Transaction Manager

Providing strategic management of real estate transactions, the full-time Remote Real Estate Transaction Manager will oversee activities related to leases, sales, acquisitions, and dispositions for a defined portfolio of commercial properties while collaborating with local brokerage teams to ensure optimal deal outcomes for clients. Key responsibilities Prepare and execute transaction strategies for acquiring and disposing of properties Coordinate negotiations for leases and sales, ensuring alignment with client goals Track transaction activity and prepare financial forecasts and reports Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of experience and education Real Estate License is required Experience with commercial real estate transactions is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel Strong organizational skills and sophisticated math skills for financial calculations
