Supporting high-producing real estate professionals in the United States, the full-time Remote Real Estate Transaction Coordinator will manage transaction files, review contracts, and track deadlines while working within assigned Eastern Time business hours. Key responsibilities Open and maintain transaction files while ensuring completeness of contracts and supporting documents Track and monitor deadlines, contingencies, and closing requirements, providing clear status updates to all parties involved Prepare documents for electronic signature and communicate professionally with agents, lenders, and other transaction parties Required qualifications At least two years of direct residential real estate transaction coordination experience Experience managing transactions from executed contract through closing Working knowledge of United States residential real estate processes and documentation Ability to manage multiple active transactions simultaneously Availability to work an assigned Eastern Time Zone schedule
