SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management (SAP Commissions) - Germany (m/w/d) Role – Solution Architect Technology – SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management (SAP Commissions) Location – Germany Compensation – Competitive (including bonus) Job Description You will act as a Solution Architect with solid experience in SAP Commissions. Your responsibilities include: Take ownership of RFP activities – scope identification, effort estimation, solution design, and articulation. Write, present, and defend proposals during Due Diligence. Lead requirement gathering workshops with business and IT teams, elicit and elaborate requirements, and produce required documentation. Create POCs and demos, explore new product features, and transfer knowledge to junior team members. Design compensation plans, build compensation plan calculators in Excel, and configure plans & rules in Commissions. Test developments individually and in integrated environments, assist users in UAT, and create training documents for Compensation Admins. Promote solutions to higher environments and perform cutover activities; resolve post go-live issues quickly. Lead a distributed team of consultants and manage project activities, including basic project management, status reporting, and stakeholder communication. Perform technical risk management throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements Experience with SAP Commissions and SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management. At least two end-to-end implementations in SAP Commissions with S4 HANA backend. Strong configuration skills: compensation plans, credits, measurements, incentive and deposit rules. Data integration experience on Commissions and SPM Home, including ETL, data stage, and data load processes. Knowledge of Commission DB tables, advanced SQL queries, and stagehooks. Experience loading reference, comp plan, and transaction data via UI or drop-box. Familiarity with payment extraction processes, dispute and dashboard setup, and concepts such as proration, draws, clawbacks, etc. Optional: SAP advanced workflows, SAP Territory & Quota, Landing Pad and Smart Data integrators using HANA, BO reporting setups, cricket reports, and SAP Commissions certification.
