Accounting Assistant

Accounting Assistant Salary:
$20-$25/hour | Onsite

- Process accounts payable invoices and vendor reconciliations
- Generate tenant/customer invoices and apply incoming payments
- Assist with accounts receivable tracking and collections follow-up
- Maintain fixed asset schedules and organized accounting records
- Support general accounting functions and special projects as needed
- Collaborate with property and branch personnel regarding billing inquiries
- 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Previous exposure to CAM accounting
- Experience with AP/AR processes and reconciliations
- Strong Excel and organizational skills
- Stable work history with demonstrated longevity
- Positive personality with the ability to thrive in a collaborative office environment
- Degree in Accounting preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
- Fully onsite position Monday-Friday
- Standard hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM | Onsite
