Express Technician - Morgan Hill, California, United States

Express Technician Victory Automotive Group is a family owned and operated company with over 50 locations across the United States. We are seeking a self‑motivated Express Technician to service vehicles in a professional environment. We will pay for additional automotive certification training and requirements for Certified and Master Certified Technicians. The Express Technician services vehicles following all established standards and procedures, which includes rotating tires, performing multi‑point inspections, and changing automotive fluids. The technician checks engine oil, tire pressure, filters, windshield wiper fluid, power steering fluid, brake fluid, transmission and differential fluids, and engine coolant. The technician delivers the highest quality service while maintaining customer satisfaction. Requirements: An unrestricted driver’s license and a clean driving record. Strong physical dexterity and stamina. Ability to work productively in a fast‑paced team environment with a positive attitude, professional appearance, great communication skills, and the ability to deliver world‑class customer service.
