- Solid understanding of operating printing presses and related machinery.
- Ability to prepare materials and set up machines efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring quality checks are performed.
- Capability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members.
- Experience in a manufacturing or printing environment.
- Familiarity with production schedules and basic troubleshooting of machines.
- Knowledge of color matching and ink mixing.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus, but we're more than willing to train enthusiastic candidates eager to learn.
- Willingness to stand for long periods and lift materials when necessary.
- Previous punch press printing labels experience
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production demands.
