Job Title: Radiology Manager Location: Bellevue, WA Salary: USD$1,21,900–$1,83,000/yr Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the imaging department Lead and supervise a team of 30+ staff Handle staff hiring, training, and performance reviews Monitor patient workflow and resolve any issues Manage budgets, scheduling, and resources Ensure equipment and systems are functioning properly Work with other departments to improve processes Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in imaging (Radiologic Tech, Sonographer, Mammography, or Nuclear Medicine) 3+ years of experience in a supervisory/lead role Strong experience in Nuclear Medicine Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Relevant certification (Radiologic Technologist, Sonographer, or Nuclear Medicine) Active Washington state certification (required) Bright Vision Technologies, we are committed to equal employment opportunities and fostering an inclusive work environment.
