Position Overview Location: San Jose, CA Setting: School-Based Grade Levels: Elementary & Middle School Schedule: Full-Time Work Arrangement: In-Person Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour , based on experience License Required: Current California SLPA License Responsibilities Provide direct speech and language therapy under the supervision of a licensed SLP. Implement treatment plans and IEP goals. Support elementary and middle school students with a variety of communication needs. Document therapy sessions, service delivery, and student progress. Assist with progress reports, speech files, and required school documentation. Support scheduling and coordination related to IEP meetings. Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, special education staff, and school teams. Communicate student progress and concerns with the supervising SLP. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Current California Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) License required Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting, bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, or other qualifying education for California SLPA licensure Ability to work full-time and in person in San Jose Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organization and documentation skills Ability to build rapport with students and collaborate effectively with school teams Positive, dependable, and professional approach Why Join Celebrations Speech Group?
