Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal / Legal Assistant to support attorneys with case management, document preparation, court filings, and client matters. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of paralegal experience in a related area of law. Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficiency with DocuSign and Adobe Acrobat. Ability to prepare, edit, and manage legal documents accurately and efficiently. Preferred Qualifications Active Notary Public certification. Experience with document management systems, such as iManage. Experience with legal billing and timekeeping software, such as Aderant. Familiarity with litigation support tools, including Relativity, CaseMap, TrialMap, or Trial Director. Experience tracking and meeting billable hour requirements. Experience working with labor unions or clients in the construction and skilled trades industries. Knowledge of legal matters involving: ERISA and employee benefits Fiduciary claims Withdrawal liability Delinquent benefit contributions Asset and stock sales Success in This Role The successful candidate will provide strong litigation support, manage multiple priorities effectively, maintain accurate legal records, and contribute to positive outcomes for clients and attorneys. #J-18808-Ljbffr
