Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support our commercial litigation practice . The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with New York state and federal court filing procedures, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex litigation files independently. Key Responsibilities File documents in New York state and federal courts, ensuring compliance with all applicable rules and procedures Prepare briefs and exhibits for filing, including formatting and assembly to meet court requirements Create and check hyperlinks and tables within legal documents Perform redactions and Bates stamping on documents in preparation for production and filing Organize and manage complex litigation files, including document productions Qualifications Extensive experience as a litigation paralegal, with a focus on commercial litigation Demonstrated experience filing in New York state and federal courts Proficiency preparing briefs, exhibits, hyperlinks, and tables for court filings Experience with redactions and Bates stamping Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage large volumes of documents and multiple deadlines Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned matters Strong written and verbal communication skills Salary and Other Compensation: The base salary for this position is $70,000–$100,000 annually.
