SSD - Service Account Manager - Southern Territory

Agilent seeks a Service Account Manager for the Southern Territory to drive aftermarket service sales and account growth across five southeastern states. The role involves selling laboratory service solutions, managing strategic customer partnerships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer value and laboratory performance.

Responsibilities

• Generate service sales growth and develop strategic account plans within Southern Region named accounts
• Promote CrossLab Asset Performance Management portfolio including service agreements and digital solutions
• Build long-term relationships with customer stakeholders at executive, operational, and procurement levels
• Assess customer needs and position solutions delivering operational, financial, and compliance benefits
• Collaborate with inside sales, service delivery, and customer operations teams to ensure solution success

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree; science, engineering, or business disciplines preferred
• 4+ years sales, account management, or business development experience in life sciences or analytical instrumentation
• Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving strategic account growth
• Demonstrated ability selling consultative, value-based solutions with strong relationship-building skills
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in matrixed organizations with independent initiative
• Knowledge of analytical instrumentation, laboratory operations, and service business models preferred

Compensation: $147,675-$246,125/yr plus bonus, stock, and benefits eligibility
