We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative in Rancho Dominguez, CA, with a minimum of 2 years of experience to support customer accounts, generate new business, and drive sales growth.
Responsibilities:* Manage customer accounts and build long-term relationships.
* Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on sales opportunities.
* Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and lead times.
* Generate new business through outbound calls and lead follow-up.
* Collaborate with production, operations, and customer service teams. Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of inside sales or B2B sales experience.
* Experience in manufacturing industry, with industrial, mechanical, packaging, electronics, or other manufactured products.
* Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office, including Excel.
* Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
