Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description: Seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to partner with cross-functional teams, facilitate requirements elicitation, and model business processes to drive IT solutions for complex initiatives. You will serve as a bridge between stakeholders and delivery teams, help shape roadmaps, and ensure alignment with policies and best practices. Strong communication and ability to work in a hybrid environment are essential.

5 Key Skills / Responsibilities:

Lead requirements elicitation, process modeling, and documentation for IT projects
Develop and manage user stories in Agile environments
Facilitate senior-level discussions to align strategy, roadmaps, and consensus
Collaborate on IT solution design and public-facing implementation requirements
Ensure compliance with applicable policies and standard operating procedures
