This role will partner closely with Finance leadership, business unit leaders, and cross-functional teams to provide insights that drive profitability, operational efficiency, and strategic growth within a technology and professional services environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting and budgeting processesPrepare and analyze financial models, variance analyses, and trend reportsDevelop and maintain management reporting for leadership, including KPIs, dashboards, and executive summariesAnalyze revenue, cost drivers, margins, and utilization related to professional services, managed services, and recurring revenue modelsPartner with business leaders to evaluate new initiatives, pricing strategies, and investment opportunitiesPrepare month-end close activities, including accruals, revenue analysis, and expense trackingPerform ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisionsEnsure data accuracy and integrity across financial systems and reportsContinuously improve financial processes, tools, and reporting efficiencyRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field2–5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accountingStrong proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)Experience preparing and interpreting financial statements and performance metricsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work cross-functionally and explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsExperience in a professional services organizationProven track record of managing full P&L statements, with a deep understanding of accounting for Staff Augmentation businessExperience with project-based services, and utilization-based modelsProficiency with financial systems and BI tools such as Salesforce, OneStream, Power BI or similarWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation and benefits packageOpportunity to work with a growing technology and professional services organizationExposure to executive leadership and strategic initiativesCollaborative, fast-paced, and results-driven cultureCareer growth and development opportunitiesAbout CBTSCBTS is a leading technology solutions provider delivering cloud, infrastructure, security, and professional services to enterprise and mid-market clients. The applicable base pay range for any individual will be determined based on the candidate's designated primary work location as well as factors including role scope and responsibilities, required qualifications, and the individual's experience, education, skills, knowledge, and performance. Certain positions may also be eligible for additional compensation such as discretionary merit increases, bonuses, or sales-based variable compensation in accordance with applicable plans and role requirements.
